for the property owner if the property is condemned, for example. Or if by an act of Congress, directly transferring title of the property to the Federal Government.
No matter how you swing it with taxation, there is a benefit for people who pay, not always the case with eminent domain, which is ****ed.
Like I said, we'll disagree.
