to START to condemn the tariffs that have, so far, hurt our economy and failed to reset trade agreements?
"When negotiations are over" is not an answer. They may never be "over". Tariffs are hurting the economy to a point where a few years no-tax trade wont make up for it.
Do you understand that there is a sunk-cost related to these tariffs? Each day that passes, our economy is weaker than it would have been if we had never entered this stupid trade war. Previous administrations have said that the opportunity cost of such a trade war would not be worth it.
But here you are, cheering it on.
