When the FBI goes rogue in order to spy upon Americans and the opposing political oppenent of a sitting President, someone high up in that administration needs to be held accountable.

Nixon wasn't aware of the break in until afterwards and his sin was covering it up. I don't think you can make the same argument for Obama.
