have no involvement in legislating association of citizens in any manner - employment, education, assembly, etc.

Rather than fighting the "rankings" of social constructs like race, he should recognize the issue at hand.

1. Race is a social construct
2. Gvmt exacerbates social and interpersonal conflicts by attempting to legislate / force / prevent human social activity which doesn't involve an infringement of rights.
