was busted for at Florida. Ligandrol is stronger however and is used to increase muscle mass without halting testosterone production (just temporarily suppressing it) like anabolic steroids or prohormones.
Same with Ligandrol, no one is spiking any protein powders with it.
Ostarine may help reduce muscle fatigue because of the increased glycogen storage within muscles thus enhancing performance during games. Creatine has the same but lesser effect. Creatine cannot be banned though as it is found in meat.
