Quin reached an Elite 8.
Anderson reached an Elite 8.
Haith was named AP National Coach of the Year and averaged 25+ wins per year.

Really, the only major f***-up by Alden was hiring Kim instead of Howland (and that was a MASSIVE f***-up).
