The deputy who was on scene needs his ass kicked

and the female deputy in charge who was a transfer to the street from a desk job (in purchasing I believe) and who kept telling her officers to stage in place, also needs to have her ass kicked.

Fire and EMS "stage in place" during active shooter incidents. Police don't sit around with their thumbs in their asses during an active shooter situation....but that Sheriff's Dept did just that.
