But I think if you operated under the premise that the Russian were going to be able to successfully put a complete doofus in the Presidential office that they had leverage and control over by putting a bunch of obvious mis-information out to the American public to consume to make him appear a legitimate candidate, it was a reasonable assumption that it wasn't really worthy of action because that premise requires levels of stupidity at a vast scale that seems hard to fathom.
