Patrolling the border (with drones -- quad, not MQ-1), fixing/expediting asylum, and stifling the hiring of illegal immigrants should all contribute to fixing the problem.

If we need to issue more greencard visas, then do so. But working to solve the problem is a good thing. Far better than simply ignoring it or putting a wall band-aid on it.
