My point to the idiots was that there is a difference between not telling someone they can have a lawyer and specifically telling them that they don't need one.

Not telling someone to wear a life jacket is different from telling someone NOT TO WEAR a life jacket.

Mr Blew Guys and debbie don't handle the language well enough to understand the distinction.
