Dassey's confession was not presented as evidence/used in Avery's trial.

The state's witnesses in the Ferguson case recanted their testimony.

There is physical evidence putting Avery in the RAV 4 (as suspect as that evidence is, it's more than what was in the Ferguson case, I think?).

Please explain why this message is being reported.
