every year. You can't stop it because he pays off the county sheriff. In fact the sheriff is in on it and will use force to defend the crop theft.

Your neighbor runs up debt that he is struggling to pay.

1) Do you want him to steal more of your crops so he can pay his debts?

2) Do you want him to steal at the same level from you and cut his own expenses?

3) Do you want him to stop stealing your crops period?
