Everyone in their right mind, knew Trump has mistresses on the side and was a cheater. It's now public, not a surprise.
Everyone knew Trump was a blowhard. Everyone knew Trump was a counter puncher, and fights back hard.
He won the election inspite of that, and unless the press and Mueller concoct something much more significant then has been revealed to this point....he will get re-elected in 2020.
