It isnt. It cant possibly be. Trump himself said nothing could beat a 20 foot wall except a 21 foot ladder.

There are FAR BETTER, FAR MORE EFFECTIVE, and FAR CHEAPER solutions that would yield better results. Stop rimming Trump for a minute and you might be able to think of some.
