Former police officer Mohamed Noor just had a 2nd degree murder charge added, upgraded from 3rd degree. The prosecutor pointed out he had "intent to kill" when he shot and killed Justine Damond.
Compare this to the murder of Akai Gurley, Eric Garner, etc. I wonder what the difference could be??

This is how cops should be charged if they shoot and kill an innocent person. but we know it depends on what both the cop and the victim look like. Take a look how Amber Guyger is being treated, with a lot of "well she probably was confused" BS. And we all know there isn't a chance in hell of Guyger being convicted in Texas...
