intuitively figured the neutral rate is not determinable. I had never even heard the term and am surprised someone recently did use it. Many factors that do impact the economy at any point were not mentioned. Birth and immigration rate would be examples as they obviously would affect demand and price. Etc.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
