the issue was three-fold for HRC that she sent and received classified materials on an unsecured system, that she lied about it under oath, that her subordinates destroyed evidence that was under subpoena and that she failed to comply with the federal records act.

ivanka never had classified materials on her computer. if it's somehow found that she did, then charge her too.
