You know why you don't go to jail for that every time you do it? Because it's not egregious enough to warrant prosecution. Sort of like having a few emails out of thousands which weren't really all that secret marked "classified".

Again, if it were all that serious, she'd have been prosecuted, like Flynn, Manafort, Trump, Cohen, etc...
