Lock Moves up to #2 NFL Draft Pick

Let me tell you how this is going down... Lock will be picked first. He's the only guy NFL teams in need of a QB will see as a franchise guy. So there will be some sort of massive trade to get ahead of now even Oakland to get him.
New York Giants will want this guy.
Jacksonville without question.
Oakland will be interested because Gruden I think will try to trade his current guy for more draft picks.
Cleveland, Denver, Tampa are all options to move up and get this guy. I think everyone will realize you have to go to #1 to get him.
NFL puts a lot into measurables and Lock will check all the boxes.
I think LOCK is a LOCK to be the #1 pick.
