Speaking of TV, ^^^^^ she CAN'T get pregnant because SHE is a HE. But he/she can get HIV from unprotected sex. Maybe not taking it in the ass from multiple sex partners while engaging in casual sex would be effective at preventing the spread of HIV, too.
