I agree that the best protectors of the environment are the property owners. I own a farm and on each of my tracts of land, I am the sole decider of what happens there. I have established and maintain a habitat conducive to production to corn, soybeans and beef cattle. This pristine agricultural environment will remain in this capacity as long as I own it. This is as it should be, as set down in God's commandments. He made the world, He made man and He commanded us to tame and harness the productivity of the land.
