My assumption is there will be charges with regards to emoluments, campaign finance violations, and possibly conspiracy if he knew about and/or cooperated with the Russian cyber attack during the campaign.
With Cohen flipping I imagine we'll know these things a little sooner now. I'm obviously not affiliated with the investigation and can't give you solid answers on either of your questions.
Like I said, I'm just enjoying a 70 year old billionaire act like a frightened toddler on Twitter. It's Schadenfreude.
