it seems to be implemented. The problem is he doesn't have the players for it. In fairness to Cuonzo he has lost his best offensive player for the year in both of his seasons here.
He said after losing Jontay that he didn't plan on any major changes to the offense. Which is fine, but then he needs to recruit NBA level talent (or near NBA level talent) to run the offense he implemented.
I think Cuonzo's need for NBA-level talent at guard lead him down the Ramey rabbit hole. It will be critical for Cuonzo to land at least one and probably two out of Fletcher, Love, and Christopher.
