The local gov. are way more honest than the Feds...and the local guys actually have to take into account what the voters want...Fed's are way more immune to anything that is locale or region specific than the locale guys who actually care and are invested in what is right.
Fed's are so corrupt at every level that NO fed can be trusted including scientist who do a lot of the phony reports/studies to support what ever Big Money policy that a Fed elitist is Propping up.
