Setting aside his ignorance of socialism for a moment, the kernel of truth is that those who do focus on race "all the time" are collectivists and anti-individualists. This includes all forms of totalitarianism. unfortunately, hokie falls in this camp, as do many of the so-called conservatives and limited government types here.
There is no such thing as race outside the mind of man. There is no scientific basis for race. Not biological, physiological, or even anthropological. It is a tool used to fuel nationalism and atrocities by marking one as "other"
