I pointed out that the article didn't say anything about government, and then I excerpted parts that talked about fraternities, social clubs, garden clubs, and group-identification with races (black vs white).
This was in response to you saying that all tribes are governments. Then you wanted to argue with EO Wilson about a garden club being an expression of tribalism.
The OP was about human beings being genetically evolved to form govts. While your article is interesting and probably not wrong, it doesn't address the OP concept.
Tribes =/= Govt, and the EO Wilson article supports this position.
