They have agreed to $14 Billion, not hundreds of billions. No other nation threatens that deal. Sauds have US arms. You just can't switch systems to those of China or Russia,
The DEAL here is that Trump either has current projects or a view of future projects with the Sauds. He is serving himself first - as he does with Russia.
