The troops that were sent to the border (pre-election)to defend us from this fearsome caravan are to start going home, weeks before the caravan is expected to arrive.

Trump has isolated what the right cares about. They hated that a black man had become President, but they couldn't say that. So they said things like Obama had no respect for the military (Trump actually has no respect), Obama didn't have enough experience (Trump had zero experience), Obama was arrogant (Trump is very arrogant). Trump has proven that they never had a problem with any of that.
The right's first and foremost motivation is racism, as Trump has repeatedly shown. They don't give a damn about the military, these soldiers are missing the holidays with their families for a political stunt. It's furthermore why when these politicians go on the ballot, they turn to race at every turn, as we saw in the mid-terms.
And the same one's that deny white privilege and say blacks are ushered through society are the exact same one's that held Obama to a much higher standard than Trump. The hypocrisy is unreal.
