All states must follow the constitution,bill of rights/amendments etc. So outlawing gun ownership can't happen, setting up open borders can't happen since the fed's are charged with protecting the borders.

But in reality having tons of Federal laws is laughable, let each individual state decide how they want to deal with stuff that gives the power to the people.
