BtW, no level of amateur wrestling requires competitors to wear a skin tight suit which are referred to as singlets. Competitors can now wear shorts and a tight fitting shirt which doesnt have to be compression or other wise.
Then uniforms worn are that way for safety, dont want fingers being caught and broken.
As an aside, MMA fighters wear even less clothes and they "roll" around with each other as well. I'd be curious to see you question one of those guys masculinity to their face.
