what happened.

1) They failed to vote in multiple, successive elections.
2) They THEN failed to respond to mail sent to the address they used when they registered to vote to verify they still resided at that address.
3) After that, they were removed from the voter rolls.

At no point will you find a news report from Kemp stating they 'moved out of state'
