...into 2000 languages, then you think there would be 2000 versions of the
Constitution with the best one being a random choice? That is a weird argument. Obviously, the original autograph would be the ideal version. It is a little silly, don't you think, to claim that an Italian couldn't get the gist of it, however, by reading an Italian translation? Scholars, of course, would study it in its original language, study its historical context, study writings of the period about it, etc.
