Of the election. Those ballots have a signature and there is a process for matching that signature with the one on file. Some of the boxes in Broward just kinda showed up OUT OF PROCESS. So, where did they come from? Ballots gotta be treated like a **** sample, not a mailer or a coupon addressed to "resident."
