No him being black wasn't a issue...him being a socialist, elitist who believed he was smarter that the average citizen and this gave him the right and power to take away the freedoms and rights of citizens he didn't agree with by using the force of law to circumvent the constitution.

Basically he is a Small dictator who doesn't believe in a republic gov. by the people he believes in a few power elitist of like mindedness controlling our daily lives.
