Don't read CNN stories and not going to start. It is about time Trump moved to take control of the corrupt DOJ and Sessions was never going to do it, let alone clean up the mess. His alleged secret investigations in the Utah district office was a sham, as are the IG investigations. Not one prosecution has bee derived from them.
If Sessions believed he was conflicted by his benign contact with the Russian Ambassador, he should never have accepted the appointment. It was a disservice to Trump not to have warned him of the prospect. Sessions might have meant well, but this is the big leagues and he let the President down. He cost the Pubs a Senate seat and bungled his Cabinet position. Good riddance!
