Have to know the in's and outs of the Red Flag...order. If I person has been diagnosed by Shrink over the course of years as a threat to others and him/her self and had in patient mental health issues then they should be banned from owning a gun. But if it's just some lame arse petition filed by people and reviewed by gov. officials then NOPE it is out of bounds and the Police should not be involved in confiscating legal guns from citizens.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
