certainly one of the pillars of his long term success.
Barry has to develop that and that takes years and institutional support.
In the SEC more than anywhere else that is dollars for exceptional assistants.
Those guys are vagabonds or mercinaries if you prefer.
Gotta give them reasons to stay when you get the right guys.
Money and stability are key and even then there will be attrition.
I think Barry is a hell of an anchor for our program. He will stay and thrive given the support he deserves.
Hell GP hand picked him. GP knew what it takes and Barry is what it takes to succeed at Missouri. Hard work, integrity, loyalty, passion and a vision.
