(including the 14th) never in any manner whatsoever confers citizenship upon those born in the US to people who are citizens of other nations and not under "full jurisdiction" of the US.

Further, the existence of this "policy" of conferring citizenship in this manner is PRECISELY the policy which represents Federal Government going beyond its constitutional powers.

The media, the left, and many here use the "status quo" in place of constitutional analysis or even ruling.

That's how federal powers and overreach always works. Just do it and then later hope nobody challenges it and if they do, the public outcry will cause a politically aligned SCOTUS to rule with the populous.

this is why M v. M is such an abomination.

The STATES should be controlling citizenship and rejecting the federal overreach.
