If a municipality wants to allow non-citizens to vote

in matters that they have direct interest/influence on at the local level (school board candidates and tax levy for example), then that is fine with me.

If other municipalities don't want to allow for that, also fine with me.

Non-citizens should not be voting on matters related to state/federal offices and decisions, however.
