And to answer your silly question, NO. We don't need more white men in congress. We don't need any men in congress or any white people in congress. As long as the people in congress are the best and will represent everyone.
You see everything in terms of identity politics. Too few blacks in congress is racist. But ZERO starting white cornerbacks in the NFL is .... not.
I have said before that a SCOTUS of nine clarence thomases would be fine with me. Not very diverse though...
I am an opponent of diversity for the sake of diversity and at the expense of competence.
