Well you are certainly welcome to arrive at your own conclusion.
I agree none of it is good, but a guilty verdict is as "good" as we could hope for. It validates the position that KU didn't know and was defrauded. It means the jury didn't buy the lack of context conversations as proof that Self and Townsend knew about it. In a legal sense, the jury decided KU were the victims, hence the validation of KU's stance.
