it's a leveraged etf that will do 3x whatever the nasdaq does. so if the nasdaq drops 10%, this drops 30%. i'm riding it through the waves betting that the nasdaq will lead the rebound, and then i'll sell and move it to other areas.
Please explain why this message is being reported.
