Never have understood why MU soccer isn’t dominant

I have no idea if the coach is the issue or other stuff like lack of a dominant level budget for recruiting. Sometimes it isn’t as easy as getting a different coach. That being said, the money needs to go to football until the stands are full enough to spend extra everywhere else.
