OK-- what if there are not 4 schools in the Power conferences plus ND with 1 loss or fewer? Would UCF have a chance then of making the playoff? PAC is just about there now... B1G could easily see a 2 loss Wisconsin in the title game against a 1 loss Michigan or Ohio State... LSU could lose to BAMA; the East winner will lose to Bama... OU or Texas could lose again and the loser could beat the winner in the Big 12 title game.

So that leaves Clemson, Notre Dame and Alabama...
