Mizzou means Missouri State University. A university of higher education shouldn't use lack of information or awareness as the basis for an incorrect position. That is like the university of kansas saying their mascot doesn't symbolize terrorism or their reference to 'free state' is something to be proud of. An actual university of higher learning shouldn't engage in that kind of justification
