doesn't happen very much. Most coaches get to figure out their coaching staff and philosophy under less pressure
I've seen improvement year to year in organization and football IQ.
That hasn't translated on every play, still some bonehead stuff from players that teams under more experianced coaches might not make.
But I like where this team is going.
That said, if it doesn't translate to recruitment (although he has done a great job of coaching up a bunch of 2.85 star players) some changes will be needed.
