The repetition of a statement so many times that it becomes accepted as fact, like just commonly known folklore. Saddam Hussein mentioned in the same breath of context with 911 over and over and over again though never stating a relation implied it. BushCheney were masters of re-iffication. Watch Trump use this - though he boldly lies in the process of Kav being proven innocent.4
