Farrakhan and his supporters, they never publicly denounce him or his group and actively support his cause. BUT he is not part of the progressive movement.

BUT

The GOP actively denounces the KKK and white nationlist groups and in no way support them. But when one of those groups comes out in support of a GOP candidate that is used as proof that the GOP is racist.

Do you not see the disconnect here?

His views are NOT progressive BUT progressives support him and those views. That most definitely makes him part of the progressive movement.
