everybody does what? UMKC isn't handing out 100's upon 100's of thousands of dollars under the table to recruits or their families.
Does every program give kids an extra t-shirt, shoes...heck even extra money to buy a pizza...most likely but this theory that everyone is doing what the kU's and Dukes are doing is pure BS.
It's pretty easy to identify the programs that cheat the most, they're the ones that have all the final fours the past 20 years for the most part. Nova might be an exception but kU, Duke, UNC, Syracuse, Kentucky, Arizona, etc etc are the ones handing out all the cash.
Makes you wonder how these blue blood programs became blue bloods, perhaps they've been doing this for the last 50 plus years.
