lacked access to Health Care. The Swiss chose the Canadian Universal Health Care model as one to examine and later adopt. They did not even look at the US system as it is an abject failure. Universal Health Care works. EVERYONE pays a tax just like we do for Defense. Add a modicum of a co-pay ($10-$20) for services. DONE. Maybe slightly higher on the copay, maybe not. I had $250,000 brain surgery 24 years ago. It was a $20 copay. DED had good bennnies.
